OMG, I’ve been asking for this since I started doing BODi workouts back in 2016. They finally launched the perfect workout – LAVA. It’s a power yoga/primal movement program and it’s freaking AWESOME! It’s not just a brilliant workout, but a game-changer for women over 40 who are seeking a high-energy, low-impact workout. I’ve tried it, and I’m absolutely loving it! Here’s why.
Why I Love BODi LAVA
First things first, I have to confess that I’m a huge fan of bodyweight workouts. They’re perfect for everyone, but especially for women over 40 who want to avoid high-impact exercises yet still crave the cardio burn. You Don’t Need Equipment for LAVA
One of the best things about BODi LAVA is that no equipment is required. If you want to add some support or modifications, you can use a yoga mat or yoga blocks, but they’re completely optional. This makes it perfect for home workouts or even when you’re traveling.
Personally, I’ve tried doing the free trial workout (below) with a couple of super light weights (3lbs) and it adds some extra spice, but it’s a great workout on it’s own. Trust me!

I’m A HUGE Fan of Mind-Body Workouts
